“The two-BR unit with a private patio overlooking the golf course was a perfect place to stay while attending the weekend events of a wedding. It's a short drive to Laguna Beach, the beds were comfortable, the place was super clean, and communication with the host was excellent and clear. I highly recommend it!”

“Lovely condo, clean and nicely appointed. Owners were very helpful and accessible. You cannot beat the view and accessibility to beach, walks, and services. Great spot, we will definitely come back during our next visit to OC.”

“Ocean front but no access to the beach within the whole community. So you stay beach front and then have to drive to a public beach. The floor was really dirty, wore socks cause my feet would get dirty from the floor. Beds and furniture old and worn out. The cable had no volume in front main tv. Other tenants double parked in the covered parking so could not use it. Called and vacasa said they could not help. No manual for home like most places have to give you a heads up on things around the……

“The accommodations were exactly as described and very close to everything in Dana Point. We were a five-minute drive from multiple beaches and harbors and had great access to grocery shopping, restaurants and more. The host was VERY quick to answer any questions and solve any challenges we had. The only caution I would give - this accommodation is a first-floor accommodation; there is a second short term rental on the second floor; we could hear every footstep and conversation as well as toilet……

“A very quaint property with a great backyard. The 2nd bedroom is not in the house but located in the garage. Some of the windows don't lock. With that said we loved our stay.”

“This is second time staying at this property. Stayed in the upstairs rental and this first level rental. Perfect rental, comfortable beds, furniture. Great ocean view patio to enjoy morning coffee and meals. Spacious open kitchen. Easy check in, check out. Owner very responsive. Our fave rental when visiting Dana Point.”

“Our all-adult group thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Dana Point Dream Home. It was truly a home away from home with the added stunning views. The house is stocked with everything you need and then some! It is well furnished with comfortable beds and lovely artwork in all rooms. We loved hanging out at the house waiting for the sun to make its appearance. Steve was very welcoming and communication with him was effortless. We will definitely consider staying again.”

“Jim is an unbelievable host and resource for the local and surrounding areas. The house has every amenity possible for the kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, and bedrooms. Very close proximity to beach and the town of Dana Point.”

“The manager was great. The home not so much. Massive deferred maintenance. Even the BBQ was rusted out. Pretty much everything needs replacing- windows counters bathrooms are all vintage 1980’s. The house is for sale so the owners apparently are not willing to remodel or even replace. Not even an inexpensive BBQ. For what they charge you can do much better.”

“如果是挑選距離海灘近的話，這裡是不二首選；附近生活機能也相當便利，無論是超市購物還是品嘗美食，此飯店周邊都有相當優的選擇... 也許是因為此飯店有較為久遠的歷史年代，感覺房間稍微狹小、清潔人員似乎不夠專業，因為房間、浴室、櫃子內、抽屜...等許多小細節並未清潔妥當，床墊也是讓人困擾的問題，我的房間兩張床墊皆會發出聲響；擾人清夢，以一晚超過$300美元的飯店價位來說，此方面的不足有待改善。”
