"Horace’s apartment is very nice. The cleaners didn’t clean the floors very well before our arrival and it could use a deep dusting but Horace quickly let me know where the vacuum was. Not a big deal. I’m just a neat freak. The actual surfaces were clean and nice. The apartment was exactly as pictured. The showers were perfectly large which is always nice to have space. Plenty of towels and wash rags were available in the closet and dryer. I can’t speak to kitchen items as we really weren’t there...

"Home needs a little TLC. There’s no washer and dryer even though listing shows one. When asked I was told they were in the process of replacing but the washer/ dryer area were it would be looked like it’s being used as storage. The tvs both had issues connecting to the WiFi. Back deck was unsafe and we were notified at check in not to use it which also meant no BBQ access. They’ve replaced some of the hardwood floor but not painted it and there’s been some Sheetrock patching done but it’s not...

"My two adult children and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment is located in a very quiet and old neighborhood and is the perfect distance away from downtown Atlanta (15-20 minute drive). Snacks and coffee were provided and all appliances were full size. We would be happy to stay here again."

"The apartment was charming and comfy and spacious beyond belief. The decor and colors were amazing. About a 20 minute walk to downtown Decatur and the MARTA to get out about in the Metro Atlanta area. It was a 5 star stay. Only two things the place needed was a full length mirror, it’s getting dressed to head out and can’t see myself head to toe (lol). And put some hot sauce in that cabinet baby. 😂. Other than that, PERFECTION!"

"I contacted the host after the told check in time because I had not heard any information on how to get to the unit. I was told in response that the place had flooded. I understand things happen but the host should’ve had better communication skills. It was a huge inconvenience and Vrbo tried to accommodate me however we where not accommodated for the duration of our trip."
