“This was a quaint facility, convenient to the town of Estes Park. The staff was pleasant, considerate and helpful. The proximity to highway 7 is pretty close allowing for quite a bit of traffic noise but it didn’t seem to be too much of an issue after midnight. Comfortable beds and nice, clean rooms made this a nice stay!”

“Beautiful condo room. Loved being on lower level by the river. Was put in an ada which was not needed but still nothing to be bothered about. All appliances were awesome and functioning. Couldn't figure out how to use the dvd player but again not a big deal! Would love to have had a firepit out off our patio but again, no big deal! I think our biggest issue was check out time! Waaay to early. 11:00 am is early but pretty much the standard and we thought it was 11:00am until we got a phone call……

It has everything you need to call this place home while you’re enjoying the stunning Mountain View’s and wildlife sightings. We saw plenty of elk and deer in the neighborhood during our stay. Drive just a couple minutes and you’re in downtown Estes or RMNP. Perfect location. The owner was awesome! He even offered shovel the driveway after a big snow storm (I’m from……
