The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay.”

“Wow! Where do I start?! Kathy is a fantastic host, and the property is amazing. Very clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! We didn’t get to enjoy the lake much as it was rainy and very windy but the fireplaces were nice and warm! We had a great stay and can’t wait to return in the future. Thank you!”

“The place was beautifully decorated and clean. It was well equipped; we lacked for nothing. The owners were very responsive when the wifi connection temporarily/briefly went out. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this place to any and all.”

“Our trip to Albany included parents, grandparents, young kids, and a toddler. The house is well- laid out and looks recently updated. There are toys for young kids, plenty of kitchenware, linens, and towels. The beds are comfortable and the hot water stayed hot. Very good vacation spot.”

“This lovely home was a perfect spot for spending a week in the Catskills with a friend and our dogs. The place was charming, super clean, and true to the description, and the layout gave each of us some privacy, which we appreciated. The host was easy to work with and the area is quiet, serene and peaceful. It was a little hard to find initially, but once we figured that out, everything was perfect. We plan to book again next year. Highly recommended!”

“We are two families with kids ranging from 6-16 years old and our pug-shitzhu mix. We all felt at home on this lovely property. We were lucky to experience the holiday decor which made everything feel warmer. The kids really enjoyed running around outside, feeding chickens, collecting fresh eggs every morning, not to mention the toys and games in the house. The adults had everything we needed in the well supplied kitchen and we all took in the breath-taking views. The owners are so kind and……

“The house was very nice and clean, with all new appliances and a nice outdoor space! The only problem was the door to the place was super hard to find and it took us walking around the property for a while trying to find it. Overall great host and great house would definitely go again!”
