“When we checked in at 6:22pm in the evening…a male lobby staff unenthusiastically greeted us and helped us check in and brought us to Villa 11. After explaining mini bars and the power control for the AC, he forgot to mention the complicated light switches, including the DND switch. So my husband and I went through all the eight physical switches in both the bedroom and bathroom, and figured out a somewhat lightless room for sleep. In the following day, we left the hotel around 4:30pm to go……

“Beautiful villas set in verdant surroundings. The large private pool and the jacuzzi attached to the villa made my family stay particularly memorable. The service is excellent and the staff are very polite, courteous and very responsive. Overall, an enchanting place I would recommend wholeheartedly. ”

“很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住”

“除了房间以外，整体酒店的设施与规划都很棒，很美，人员服务也是在水平之上。房间部分是我觉得减分最多的地方，至少以这个价格来说，房间应该质量要更高些。给些例子；白天其实看不见小溪流，顶多就是山林，晚上小花园没有氛围灯，看出去黑黑的很可惜。可以手提的莲蓬头部分都没热水，甚至开关头还有零件松落。吊挂的风扇声音大，晚上睡觉不关不行。另外房内有新装修的味道，而且有些地方还有灰尘。总而言之，我觉得如果你一天都在外不管是酒店内享受设施，或是在外闲逛，对于房间只是晚上休息用的话那这个酒店很好。如果你是想要待在房内悠哉的过着，享受私人泳池的那我觉的这个价格还有很多其他好的选择。”
