“飯店的早餐非常豐盛，有五星級的水準。整體而言，硬體設備良好，但軟體服務不足。住宿時發現床單上有血跡，感覺不適，但因為已經太晚就沒有請服務生來更換。另外，在大廳內，櫃檯招待客人的迎賓飲料喝完後就散落在各個桌上，感覺放了很久都沒有人來收拾，使大廳看起來雜亂不堪，不符合此飯店的星級水準。”

“酒店正门和大堂非常有地域风格，远看以为是当地寺庙。酒店的泳池和海滩以及海边餐厅和吧台是一大特色。房间内也非常整洁干净，唯一可以提高的地方是希望房间内有更多的中国地区插头，还有希望配备拖鞋和牙膏牙刷”

“Great that they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel was looked new and clean. The service manners and attitude was good. Provided enough shuttle buses to the town center and back with good time and the drivers' services and manners were good. good food and delicious esp. the ox tail soup. Good design for the room and the hotel interior and environment, esp the green swimming pool is excellent. ”

We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……

“The hotel staff is nice and helpful but the facilities of hotel is terrible. Room is old and dirty. We even need to change to another room becoz the water keep draining out from bowl. However the air conditioner is not cold at all. I can just say it is cool but not cold. They came and checked it. They said it is normal. I am quite disappointed. ”
