“I thought that the property was really pretty and the staff worked hard to maintain it. Lea at the Front Desk was simply wonderful, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Cato in Housekeeping was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable in the room. Cheryl and Beverly, also in Housekeeping were good also. The only negative was the “Unregistered Guests” policy, which did not allow my family and friends to come to my room to chat, as only 2 adults and a child could be……

“I book 4 nights, but I left after 1 night. I didn't sleep at all because people were being noisy just outside my window, playing loud music, shouting etc. Traveling alone I didn't want to go out in the middle of the night to ask them to be quiet when I didn't know the area! I didn't get any money back! ”

“More of a half-way house than an holiday apartment. It's miles away from everything, loud and dirty. People tried my lock three times. Cockerels below from 5am which sets off a pack of dogs nearby. Shower is a trickle. ”

“We circled round the place twice in order to find it. there was no curb appeal. Parking was not easily identified. There is no front office, we came in and had to ask Restaurant staff where the hotel was, we were directed to "small office to the back of pool" In our booking we paid for bed and breakfast however we still had to pay for breakfast! Not ideal!! Room was satisfactory.. Upon entry no welcome drink or cold towel! Not even a bottle of water in fridge in room! A coffee maker……
