“We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. As mentioned in another review, the bedroom has a window looking……

“In general the experience was good unless there was a fault alarm issue on the first night. Everything was good ”

“Happy with hotel in every respect, except that there weren’t many good restaurants in the near vicinity of the hotel. ‘Cooking Yu’ (Chinese) was an exception and we had a great meal there. Fratelli (Italian) at the end of the street was also nice but was very small and the night we went had ‘run out of pasta’, so we had to have pizzas.”

“The hotel was nice, but I didn’t like the fact that we had a fruit fly infestation on the ceiling when there was no food in the room at all. Other than that and the fact that the public transportation is very limited, it was a great stay”

“Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Der Herr und die Dame am Empfang waren super freundlich. Schade war nur, wir hatten extra ein Doppelbett gebucht, bekommen haben wir zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, welche vorne "feste Füße" hatte und hinten Rollen. Das bedeutet, dass bei jeder Bewegung die Betten außeinander gegangen sind und wir sehr oft damit beschäftigt waren, die Betten zusammen zu schieben, weil man immer und immer wieder in das "Loch" gerutscht ist.”

“Auf den ersten Blick wirkte das Zimmer sehr ansprechend. Leider war der Fußboden nicht wirklich sauber. Einen Besen, bzw. Handfeger suchte man vergeblich. Auch die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war sehr minimalistisch: keine Kaffeemaschine, es gab nur einen einzigen Topf und sehr wenig Geschirr. Das Bett war sehr gut, Internet ging auch, Fernseher funktionierte. ”

“The hotel was clean and quiet.The service and cleaning team perform their best and when needed, very fast and freindly. Beacuse of them I recommend it to every one. We stayed 15 days and support was available 5 min when you send email.everything was perfect :)”

“The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. ”

“The location of this property is excellent. It is well equipped and communication prior to check in and after was good, albeit by email only. We (a family of five) stayed for 4 nights. We used the two sofa beds which are adequate for kids but not unsuitable, in my opinion, for adults due to the thinness of the mattress and creaking with every movement. The kitchenette area is small but well equipped. The location is outstanding and we really loved the convenience of lots of restaurants and……
