"First, the staff were very, very nice. Front desk, people along with Juan all were very very kind. The location was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were fine . However, I would skip on paying for the breakfast because if there’s large bus groups, you will never get to the buffet. There’s 5 to 6 people lined up for each section and we’re lucky to get an egg, etc…. so we usually ended up eating outside of the hotel because we had to fight to get access to main items …Hotel must...

"This is not a traditional hotel. You check in at a hostel (which was challenging to find, even with GPS), but if you have one of the apartments booked, it is not at that same location. In fact, our apartment was quite far from the hostel, and from friends of ours who we were traveling with - their apartment was also not in the same location as the hostel where we checked in.
