“it's a great hotel , except the front desk no more friendly as before . suggest to improve ( ladies are good ),”

“Very bad experience, the hotel’s location is good close to the diving place . But all other are very bad . The first of all I asked hotel book the car for pick up from airport, it’s charge 200 one way , but when I asked the driver stop in the way just drop my friend they charged other 100 ! It’s just a min ! Just on the way ! Said I didn’t say before , ok when u leave I asked before , but hotel said they don’t know maybe ok , but when I asked driver still 100 ! An other is I arrived very late……

The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging. “简直不能忍受，虽然员工都很好，老板也不错。可是我还是劝朋友们擦亮眼睛才订，因为便宜没好货，我们加钱上大房还是给我不好的印象。”

“酒店遠離市區，與大自然零距離，房間食物也不錯，價格適中，美中不足是沒有適合游泳的沙灘，水草太多根本不適合游泳，略感失望，酒店提供大量活動，也不會無聊”

“工作人員不誠實，帳單錯誤經過反應還是硬辯。例如被告知的meal plan for價格最後被亂算，並且還多收一天。經過反應還說meal plan不能一天單買⋯⋯ 並且還竄改帳單細節。這樣價格住宿卻是這樣的管理水準，很失望！”
