“Le séjour avait mal commencé avec la salle de bain de la chambre pas très propre, pas de gel douche. Sinon le reste du séjour c'est bien passé. Les restaurants et bars sont très bien. C'est bon et variés. Beaucoup d'activités surtout pour les enfants. Beaucoup de transats. La proximité de Chania accessibles en bus est un plus.”

“Excellent hotel, everything from rooms to food to staff was excellent. Drinks are also excellent and not the cheap stuff you usually get with all inclusives. Having the restaurants within the hotel is very convenient and the food there is also great. Added bonus of having a desert restaurant which stays open into the night. ”

“Hotelli oli siisti ja mukava kaikin puolin. Aamupala oli hyvä ja riittävä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja auttoivat esimerkiksi suunnittelemaan päiväretkiä eri nähtävyyksille. Palvelusta antaisin enemmän kuin 5 tähteä jos olisi mahdollista. Suosittelen hotellia lämmöllä ja palaan varmasti itsekin uudelleen. :)”

“My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay, 5/5. The host Stelios is very welcoming, helpful and kind. The mansion is beautiful, our room was amazing with a private balcony and the pool looks over the valley and Heraklion. Go to the village restaurant Stelios recommends, it was one of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. I saw a review complaining about a dog, the property has a fence around it and a gate so I don’t understand the complaint. I also didn’t hear or see a dog and the area seemed……

“Too expensive for what your got. Beds are HORRIBLE. Hard, like sleeping on a boxspring. Rooms are minimal. We didn’t even have a blanket. We had a bed spread which only covered half the bed. The toilette seat cover would fall down constantly when your going to the bathroom so either you had to hold it up if your were a man standing or it leaned against your back . The pool is a saltwater pool and not chlorine, which is nice, but you had to pay $2 for a pool towel which seems ridiculous……

“Amazing break at Stella Palace. Everything was super clean, and all the staff we encountered were courteous, happy and helpful. Food is great, but the main buffet restaurant is super busy and can be a little repetitive. Staff do try to make it as pleasant as can be. The option of the a la carte restaurants is a winner! Made the evenings less chaotic than the buffet and the food was lovely. Room clean and tidy, and bottles of water dropped off daily etc. Only thing, if you want to get out……

“We stayed there with our two toddlers, and they loved it! We felt very welcomed, and the staff was super helpful and kind. ”
