“Loved everything about this hotel.. except our way too short stay. Room was spacious with plenty of room for my kids and I. There was something for everyone. We loved the beach, water park, dining options, entertainment and competition (we participated in dart and trivia). Food was plentiful with fresh, tasty and healthy options. Great entertainment.”

“The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you……

“Amazing break at Stella Palace. Everything was super clean, and all the staff we encountered were courteous, happy and helpful. Food is great, but the main buffet restaurant is super busy and can be a little repetitive. Staff do try to make it as pleasant as can be. The option of the a la carte restaurants is a winner! Made the evenings less chaotic than the buffet and the food was lovely. Room clean and tidy, and bottles of water dropped off daily etc. Only thing, if you want to get out……

C'est bon et variés. Beaucoup d'activités surtout pour les enfants. Beaucoup de transats. La proximité de Chania accessibles en bus est un plus.”

“Wir waren für 9 Nächte im Abaton, haben bei Anreise ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, das uns sehr gefreut hat. Insgesamt eine tolle Anlage, allerdings passen die Preise in den Restaurants nicht zur Serviceleistung. Sehr langsam, teilweise sehr unsicher, vergesslich... das passt nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Auch der Service am Pool / Strand müsste aufmerksamer sein. Die Musik in der Strandbar ist den ganzen Tag über sehr laut und überall zu hören, das nervt mit der Zeit. Im eigentlich sehr……

“Spenderade första delen av vår bröllopsresa här. Vi var hade premium all inclusive och var, som hotellet kallar det, Mythica gäster. Det var inte de billigaste nätterna, runt 6000 SEK/natt, men värt varenda krona. Personalen var supertrevlig, maten supergod, faciliteterna rena och bekväma, och vårt rum var helt fantastiskt med utsikten och den privata polen (rummen som börjar med 0 i början, 015, 016 etc) ”
