“Very good but no air conditioning ”

“Nice hotel and great location for a visit to Copenhagen. The rooms were well equipped. However, the gym was quite small and smelled bad. For the price and five stars, I would’ve expected a little more.”

“Good location, nice staff, clean! Shower hot & powerful! But small room, no chair, no table (not even a small surface to put sth on), no kettle, the floor get all wet after shower! Luggages can left in the paid locker room! No free lugguge store! Must check in at or after 3pm, so lot of guests checking in at that time! ”

“We got the 18 square meter room and it was located on the very end of the floor - that's a good thing since it'll be far from noises such as people walking pass the hallway. No minibar inside the room but you can get some hot water by asking the front dest receptionist. By the way, the lady at the front dest was friendly and nice.”
