“The property is beautiful and absolutely worth the money. I did not give 5 stars because I attempted several times to contact the hotel ahead of time and again after I arrived at the airport. I never received a response. Fortunately the taxi stand rep contacted them for me -after quite a while - and arranged transportation to the hotel.”

“Room very comfortable (standard double). Staff friendly. Seating areas around hotel comfortable. Several places to eat in hotel and around the hotel. I had a good meal in the Opera in restaurant. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. Has a swimming pool and gym. In a great location for Carolina park and shopping mall. Things were not always replenished in the room(coffee, face cloth).”

“the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good”

“Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……
