“我本人 太不滿意自動化check in.可以的話有人手幫助check in選擇. 房間內兩大問題.1.廁所燈光足夠,但係房內燈光昏暗,如兩者燈光對換就好.每次執物品需到近廁所位才可執東西. 2.房內wi-fi很弱,需站立到門口才可接收.很不方便. 3.供电socket有時無电供應. ”

“Arrived around 7, took quite some time to check-in as there were only 2 receptionists and more than 10 groups of guests and flight crews on top of that. Probably just unlucky timing. The room in the executive tower was amazing and comfortable, the only imperfection is a cluster of dust dangling from the ceiling. Overall, amazing staying experience. ”

“Der Service war sehr schlecht. Von vier Mitarbeitern hinterm Tresen wurde man einfach nicht beachtet bis der fünfte kam. Das Essen war sehr schlecht für den Preis. Sauberkeit geht so muss man sagen dafür daß es ein neues Hotel ist. Bei der Duschwand wurde das Silikon vergessen, so das dass Wasser schön rausgelaufen ist. Fenster kann man nur an klappen. Die Fahrstühle haben sich sehr komisch angehört und die Außenanlage war auch noch nicht fertig. ”
