“I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer. “Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Strandrestaurant und eine schöne kleine Bucht zum Schwimmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich bestück und die Zimmer waren soweit i.o. ”

“Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests.”
