“The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!”

“Awesome Stay at Grand Coastal. Abena is the best!!! All the staff were friendly and very welcoming!! The Bartender even made my special fruit punch just for me!! Breakfast there was excellent too!! 24hr Coffee Station is a great touch. Room was really nice and clean, loved the bed cover and pillows also but could have given bigger towels. We will be back!!”

“Need to have a true refrigerator instead of a cooler in the rooms Microwave should be there as part of the amenities even though one was provided upon request A gift shop with basic necessities would have been good Everything else was absolutely fantastic, will definitely recommend this hotel”

“The room was clean and spacious. It however needs more secludedness. i could hear others in the hallway means the could have heard me in my room. The room was tidy but yet after my first sue of the toiled my bottom itched and got a rash.”
