“We had a great short day at this property. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was very central and we were able to a great deal, exciting places and then when we needed help with something after we left, Violetta was especially helpful helping to make sure I got taken care of. ”

“Everything is perfect. Totally lovely. We only stayed for 1 night originally, but changed our plan to 2 nights when we entered the hotel. its a really good place for relaxation with luxurious yet modern vibe. Service, restaurants, facilities are excellent. They were sweet to provide breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea. We even were the only pairs to enjoyed in the Retreat blue lagoon on Monday night. its serene and less people. Although the price is high, it's worth it. And you won't……

“rooms do not hv double glazed window, so can hear all noise from the street. one of he heaters was not wotking, no access to hotel internet in the room. hotel was full of tour groups, so bft was full abd pacjed. they were nights that no meals were served to individual other than those groups. ”

“The room was big enough to open 2 huge luggages. Quiet as well! Good! The kitchen and bathroom were clean! The view was perfect as well as we could see Hallgrimskirkja very clearly! Perfect location! Breakfast was good too! Parking slot was provided. Highly recommend! ”
