“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in the central location , the room was small but ok and bathroom was great, we had a kitchenette but a miniature table to eat, the staff very friendly and helpful. One minus was that the window was only 2inches to open and was milk glass and there was No way to see how the weather is outside or anything else!. ”

“This hotel is in a great location. It’s walking distance to the all the pubs the in temple bar area. The hotel is a bit dated, although you can tell some elements have been recently renovated. We asked for an early check-in ahead of arrival and we did get to check-in around noon so I appreciated that immensely and we were given 3 drink vouchers for Buskers next door. Spacious room with no lift access
"The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con available. "
