“We enjoyed margaritaville shreveport. We dined on property at Jimmys- the waiter Chris was stand up. We only stayed one night but it was a great location, safe secure parking with a valet option. The ladies at the front desk were prompt to assist all guests as they arrived. We also had complimentary drinks in our room- was nice added touch! The room had a lovely balcony with a river view. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends. ”

“Stay was great and room was awesome. J Calo the Bel man was extra helpful and the front desk was very nice. Pool did run out of towels, we did ask for some and they were never brought over. Drinks while gambling did take a bit long to get back to us also. ”

“The hotel/casino does stand alone so you have to travel for anything you may need outside what is provided by the property. ”
