Not a normal Marriot hotel standard
"Generally very rude staff. I requested a baby cot (per their hotel description I could request one when I make a booking, and it was not a last minute booking), but the guy told me because we arrived late (11pm), they will not provide that for us. What kind of logic is that? Especially this is an airport hotel, you would have expected your guests to arrive any hour of the day and be a bit more accommodating. And shouldn't the cot be in the room already before we check in ? It was a very disappointing experience provided what I've paid and it was a Marriot Bonvoy hotel. I will pick the other hotel in the same airport next time."
