The “club” was fun, but I felt as though the days closer to the weekend were generally more fun and engaging in terms of entertainment. Overall a good place to stay with excellent staff and service. ”

“I was very disappointed of the fact that I wasn’t informed about not being able to swim in the ocean. The area around was restricted due to high waves. The food is a hit or a miss. One day was amazing another day it was not good at all. The furniture inside the room was old, ripped and had spots on them. Other than that , the property is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and professional. ”

“The Valentin is always an excellent choice. I've been here several times and always enjoy the property. As an annual visitor, I would appreciate it if they would change up their menus from time to time. The menu choices have changed little to none in the last couple years outside of the new 'pay' experiences. While enthusiastic and they work tirelessly all day, I was a little disappointed in the daily entertainment. Every day is the same (pool biking, pool yoga, pool volleyball four times, pool……

“Girlfriend and I had a very relaxing trip. The butler service is 10/10. Cannot recommend Villa 66 enough (Bernardo and George are the best). Drinks were good but inconsistent across the resort. Lots of restaurants across all of the resorts (we couldn’t do half of them in 8 days!). Private pool was awesome, can’t recommend enough. Good access to lots of Cenotes nearby. Cenote Tortuga was awesome. Lots of different areas to relax, we never felt that we were crowded. Entertainment was great. Chic……
