"The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it is beautifully decorated! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a mini bar and toiletries. Unfortunately the adjacent restaurant “The Embassy” doesn’t stay open late enough for dinner but there are plenty of great options within walking distance."

"Some of the nighttime activity is shifting and this hotel is in a better position this year to anchor a business center with a government office now in the building as well. I had a nice stay."

"Great Service, Breakfast is fantastic and the various amenities and mix of restaurants helps with variety. The Lundry service is phenomenal. There was nothing I can think of that lacked in this experience. I was there for 8 days, and it was delightful. "

"Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby."

"I'm new to world travel, and not sure what to expect in Mongolia, so my perspective might need calibration. This hotel was good. The room was clean and a little worn. The hallways and elevator weren't as in as good shape. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Royal Mountain again. "
