“We had a fantastic stay at Azura. We were warmly greeted straight from the get go by staff who were all smiling and gave clear instructions on what to expect for the week. The villa was exactly as described - clean, indoor/outdoor showers, plunge pool, and multiple sitting areas. “We stayed 7 nights in this hotel. We cannot receive the wifi in the room. Even when you switched the "Do not disturb" signal, the staff would come in to your room for housekeeping. And there's very serious problem which the electricity shut off at night. The power shut off at 2am every night until 6am, with NO air conditioning and lights. You should never pay this amount of money to stay in a hotel with such a bad condition. ”
