“Very large property, very well maintained. Room was large and clean. A/C worked great. Selelo was our host; very kind and attentive. Assisted us with booking events. Accompanied us a a boat safari. Food was excellent. Game drivers: Lesh and Jinx went above and beyond to try to meet our every request. We were lucky enough to see nearly every type of animal in the park. Highly recommend this place. ”

“This is right out of a fantasy. The architecture truly makes you feel like you are in a Moroccan Palace. The grounds were well kept, the pool was immaculate, And the staff could not have been more attentive. They greeted us at our car as we pulled up and insured every need was taken care of. They maintain a watering hole that attracts oryx which makes for a fun pastime, watching them wonder near the grounds. At Sunset, all the guests gather near the watering hall, and the staff sets up a bar so……

“The room with private pool was absolutely beautiful! Food was good. Waterhole excursion was good, just the road needs some work and it’s quite a distance away. We wish we had not booked game drives prior as we ended up doing our own drive into the park, saw lots, big herds of elephant are great to see. ”

“Wunderschöne Lodge, tatsächlich mitten in der Wildnis gelegen. Alleine die Anfahrt auf der Schotterpiste und dann in das Tal ist ein Erlebnis. Die Zeltunterkünfte sind geräumig und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Waterberg Plateau. Die Moskitonetze sollte man aber auf jeden Fall benutzen. Sonst wird es eine unruhige Nacht. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ein echtes Erlebnis. Koch und Kellner haben es mit Gesangseinlagen untermalt. Klar ist das touristisch,……

“Die Unterkunft war so nah an der Vingerklip, sodass wir mit Kind einen gemütlichen Spaziergang zum Sundowner machen konnten. Der schöne Abschluss mit zwei Giraffen im Sonnenuntergang war der absolute Hammer. Die Zimmer in der Lodge waren sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und der Koch hat ein super Abendessen und Frühstück gezaubert! Selbst der Chef erkundigte sich persönlich nach unserem Wohlergehen! Einen Kinderwagen……

“I had camped at the Desert Horse Inn campground on a visit to Namibia in 2005. It was an enjoyable experience. Passing through again in 2024, I was curious to see what the villas were like. Ours was clean, reasonably spacious and comfortable. Dinner was in the main building. It was a cold night and the restaurant was full of Germans. “River View is a small resort which offers sn all inclusive experience. The rooms are clean, modern and very spacious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. There are cooked options for breakfast, a complimentary serve yourself lunch as dinner with two main options. On one of our nights we had a barbeque. They have their own arranged boat safari in the afternoon and early morning game drives. I would definitely recommend River View in Kasane.”
