“The property was clean and the staff were nice. The rooms are very small, little insulation so sound travels, parking was difficult.”

“Stay was good. Staff was friendly. Only negatives were pool was not or at least did not feel heated as advertised and was also very dirty. There was a lot debris, hair, leaves and bugs in the pool which made thebkods not want to swim in it. ”

“The location is perfect! You can walk right into town. The rooms are decent, but the beds and pillows are not very comfortable. I do wish there was better locks and maybe a small safe in the room. ”

“This place was redone so beautifully! The staff was incredible. Everything was so clean! We can’t wait to go back! We loved that it was even per friendly! Tim from the concierge was the most genuine person, leaving my kids a hand written note that they will never forget. Can’t say enough great things about this place! We stay in Montauk every year, this stay easily was my favorite one yet! Even the American girl dolls we brought were treated like royalty by the pool!”
