“I wait until 5pm to check-in, and the last day, the house cleaning knock on my door wanted to clean the room at 9am, I believe the Hotel may lack of manpower, except this everything is fine, I enjoy the stay. ”

“Gutes Hotel, aber nicht alles auf 5* Niveau. Valet Parking gibt es nicht. Es muss auf ein öffentliches Parkhaus zurückgegriffen werden, was aber Freitagsabend komplett war... Im Zimmer sind auch einige Kleinigkeiten nicht unbedingt 5* Niveau: - leere Minibar (Self-Service im Foyer gegen direkte Bezahlung...na ja - Eine Flasche Mineralwasser 1x pro Aufenthalt (also nachts nochmal runter ins Foyer sich eine Flasche kaufen) - keine Bademäntel und keine Hotelslipper im Zimmer, muss in der Rezeption……

“Cleaning ladies were not good. My wife had two days waited until 3pm without anyone to clean up the room. After quested, the room was cleaned coarsely, toilet consumable and tea bag wss not refilled. Used tea cups were not replaced or cleaned.”

“Small room but just one night is OK, good breakfast with a real time pancake machine. ”

“It was the first time to stay at Lindner city hotel Köln, my friend n I felt comfy during the accommodation. Hope to visit Köln next time and of course again choose Lindner hotel for our stay decision!”

“房間整潔 位置非常好 旁邊就有地鐵站 早餐非常豐盛。唯獨 房間沖澡的shower 水壓不夠強，跟飯店反應也沒用，這是唯一遺憾的地方。”
