They did some work in the flat and I could see tiles under the cabinets and the bathroom they also have done some work and they added wallpaper to the shower area?!?!?! and after removed without taking the entire residues off. looked awkward... So I spoke with the front desk to get another room, but they couldn't help, and since was...

"The room was not very clean, the bed sheets were not the right size for the bed. There was barely any water coming from the wash basin. The breakfast was shocking, a basic range but the bread seemed as if it was stale and the there was not even a toaster. The location was nice, that is the only good thing I can say."

"Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel. "

"The room itself was a disappointment. The window would only open slightly, which meant it was impossible to get the ocean breeze. The breakfast area was kept air conditioned instead of opening the windows, which, again, would have allowed the natural breeze to come in. The wifi was spotty, too, which made accomplishing anything online trying. That said, the breakfast buffet was ample, and the pool area and patio in the front of the hotel were both very nice."

"I did not get any of my VIP benefits at all, and the room had an ugly view facing the hotel next door so I kept the windows closed the whole time I was in the room. BUT the location is great, price is great, staff were so very friendly and helpful and parking was a breeze. "

"A minha estadia no One Way foi muito boa, só deixou um pouco a desejar a limpeza do apartamento porque se cobra uma taxa de 80 reais esperamos está impecável! "I had a great stay at Laguna Praia. For me, during the hotter months, a good AC and good shower really help the experience. Laguna had both. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and laundry service (extra fee) were extra nice. Two things to consider - bed is on the firmer side (I slept fine) and you’re steps away from beach walk so there can be some people noise at night (which was fine for me). Overall, wonderful stay in JP at Laguna. "
