“I liked the service provided. Most of the service were great and friendly and attentive. A few people worth mentioned is server Kennedy. Bartender Raul and Williams. Complaints were not recorded and acted upon, for example, after a period of heavy rain and thunder one night, upon return to the room it was flooded and the phone was not working. A complaint was made to the lobby but was never conveyed to the next shift (the staff at the crown leaves at 11 pm).
