“Privacy and amazing beach access ”

“Stunning location with amazing views. Staff overall are friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean (although the towels could do with closer inspection once they’ve left the laundrette)! The rooms with the kitchenette are the most useful compared to the standard rooms. The on-site grocery store is very useful indeed given how cut off the hotel is from the nearest shop by foot. What could be improved is the service in the restaurant; service is incredibly slow……

Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. ”

“Wir waren begeistert und werden wiederkommen! Die Chatham Bay ist eine ca. 2km lange Bucht auf der windgeschützten Seite von Union Island. Die Anreise ist nur per Fähre und dann per Wassertaxi (ca. 20 min) möglich. Oder als Segler. Es gibt keine regelmäßigen Flüge nach Union Island. Die Bucht hat durchgehenden Sandstrand, der nach ca. 10m über eine kleinere Felskante in tieferes Wasser übergeht. Durch diese Felskante ist die gesamte Bucht ein Schnorchelparadies. Am nördlichen Ende der Bucht……
