“I stay here overnight almost every time I come to Uganda because I need to travel from Entebbe to Mbarara, and it is not always safe to travel long distances over night. I've always been satisfied since staying here 2016 to the present day”

“酒店条件算是基本可以（考虑到当地的实际情况），位置算是比较繁华的地段（考虑到当地的实际情况），跟中国人的住宿习惯还是稍有差异，房间的WIFI信号不稳定”

“Inte riktigt som jag trodde, hotellet var mer slitet än väntat och wi-fi fungerade aldrig, trots att jag uppgraderade till ett rum där de garanterade wi-fi. Men frukosten var bra.”

“Excellent hotel and staff! The room had a sticky desk, fingerprints and a few crumbs on small chair table, and the shower floor is peeling. Toilet must be leaning a bit because one side is higher. Upon arrival, balcony door was slightly open and unlocked and the air conditioning was off so it was like a sauna in the room. Once that was fixed, all was fine! Shuttle was good and fast. Be careful if ordering food. I found a bunch of extra ingredients added to my meal that I could not eat so I had……

“Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia.”
