“We stayed at the cabin in Nov 2023. And had a wonderful time. What made the trip so memorable was getting recommendations from the owner Amy when she came to the cabin stoking the outside heater that piped in heat to cabin. Cannot over emphasize the need to do research on places to explore while there, because this cabin is in a very rural area. Amy's recommendations on where we should visit meant everything. Quiz her on that. I encouraged her to place in the cabin a list of Must See's / Must……

“We have stayed in other cabins over the years and this one is definitely at the top of the list for being the best. It was so neat, clean, and well organized. We were able to unpack our things and begin to relax immediately. Janie was great to work with and gave us good suggestions for places to eat and things to do. This is definitely a little jem for sure.”

“I expected a rough but genuine attempt at a Bavarian style getaway for our wedding anniversary, but was impressed to find it very much exceeded expectations. Our waiter for dinner(Robert) was amazing and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be returning! ”

“My husband and I wanted a quiet place to decompress. Hillbrook Inn was a perfect place. It was so quiet and in nature. The food at the Inn was also excellent. Definitely will recommend this inn to anyone just to do nothing and be in nature. ”

“This was perfect for us just down the way from the family cabin we were visiting. Berkeley Springs is a nice little down with a very rich history. We will probably rent this several times in the future given its location to our friends cabin just a few hundred yards down the road.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! Awesome view from the balconies. Very clean home. Only about 10 minutes walk to some restaurants and one edge of the river (where you can start some hikes). It was further to Harpers Ferry itself, but we walked it a few times. Great WiFi. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stay here.”

“My room number was 105, 1st floor in Alleghany Springs. The dishwasher needed to be reattached to the wall, the 2 screws were clearly sitting on the counter above, but this was not repaired before our stay. Each time opened, the DW jarred forward, ugh! The room was clean, & adequate for the 4 of us, realizing that sofa beds are never the most comfortable. ”
