The mezzanine floor feels like a second floor where I can work in a beautiful environment and grab a coffee or wine whenever I want. I always appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms too. Everything feels crisp and hygienic which is important to me. "

"Attending a function in Perth this week, we stayed at the Ibis Hotel on Murray, as we usually do. In our room we encountered 3 examples of poor maintenance. 1) the shower drain was blocked and very slow to drain, 2) the inner bathroom door handle was broken, i.e., door could not be opened, in which case one could become trapped inside, and 3) the bar fridge had turned into a "deep freeze," i.e., the milk for coffee was frozen! All of these items are indicative of poor maintenance, below usual...
