“It was supposed to be a simple check-in, but the service was very bad. They had already paid the full amount on Hotel.com, but the hotel still collected money at the checkout. They operated the management system of the hotel unprofessional, and even said they didn't see the payment information, which was very disgusting. “The WiFi speed is very weak. It cannot support to browse general website or search travel information. Also, the water pressure is also weak in the bathroom. It makes the water temperature became very unstable. ”

“very convenient to CBD, the bus stop and the convention center. However, taking a shower is annoying because the shower head is fixed on the wall. The water volume is so low. I need to use a cup to collect water for more water to clean. I know this is green hotel, working on the conservation of water resource. However, offering enough water to take a shower is also essential. I stayed for 5 nights, but the breakfast is the same every day. if there are some changes, it will be great.”

“酒店距離市中心大約十分鐘車程, 還算方便, 附近的海灘不算十分美麗, 有點失望, 不過在該區也算是一個不錯的選擇。 酒店住宿環境優美, 車就在泊在門口, 十分方便, 住在地下可以透過露台直接走出外面的草地, 感覺非常好。 廚房設備齊全, 洗碗碟機有點故障,洗得不乾淨。 酒店乾淨舒適, 入住及退房 速度很快。 ”
