"Arrived 1 hr earlier than check-in, the hotel accommodated us with our room. Booked an accessibility room. It had a smaller shower than the wet rooms on the ground floor, with no stool to sit on. This has to be requested in the special window when you book, or call ahead and request it. You can also request it at check-in. I just thought it would be there, so went without. Not a big problem, but the shower drain hole was blocked and it didn't run cold water, only hot and even hotter. As it was...

"This property was so beautiful! The weather was perfect, and we were able to enjoy a glass of wine on the back terrace / deck. We could see the Salisbury Cathedral from the deck -- so beautiful. There's a free shuttle in the evenings, as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, as well."

"Great little guest house. We had a top floor room for 3, and everything was in the room. Only issue was that the double bed was Farr too soft and uncomfortable, causing my wife and I to roll together in the middle whenever we moved. Breakfast was continental, served in room and was good. "
