“首先在这个平台预定，就被转了几道手，价格贵不说，关键是房型严重不符！承诺的是三个房间，四张大床，结果变成了，只有两张大床了！我们三家人，怎么住？！手机没有信号，没有热水喝，也没有微波炉。赶上了大雨，那个叫惨啊！ 盼望hotels 给个说法！！！”

“以為酒店近黃石国國家公園，原來要起碼45分鐘車程。酒店附近很荒蕪，一定要在西口小鎮吃飯後才回酒店，否則什麼吃的也沒有。酒店表面來看，還是不錯，可惜細心看，被套床單有污漬。第二天，有執床，但沒吸塵，沒有清潔洗手間。浴室花洒水力也不夠，房間隔音不好。早餐也不大好，選擇比較少。”

The only minor imperfections were limited parking spaces and the loud water noise from the bathroom next door––this was the most disturbing for my stay at the hotel as it woke my family up. ”

“ The breakfast was good, the room was excellent - large, bright, great blackout shades, quiet heater, etc. Nothing was unacceptable in our room. I also liked that the property, for some reason, is owned/managed by the city. There was a notice in the lobby to that effect. ”

“Beautiful setting and home. Made to feel very welcome. Expectations were spelled out clearly which made everything run smoothly. Maybe a few behind the scenes updates would make this an even more desirable place to market. But I would definitely return if I were ever in this area again. ”
