Hotel hallways smell carpet need cleaning.

The staff were great but the rooms were really run down. We booked a non smoking room but the room obviously was at some point a smoking room because it smelled so badly of stale old smoke. For what we paid and how much time in the room we spent since we were attending the draft in Detroit it wasn’t the worst but could very well be updated and more comfortable.

The ladies at the desk are always friendly and polite. They need a few more options for breakfast food.

The Kitchen didn't have any utensils. Not even a cup. Checked with the front desk and they told that they ran out of them! Very old property with broken windows and broken heater!
