“Booked to property for its close proximity to Dillsboro and Sylva--the guys were fly fishing and the ladies were shopping and exploring the small towns. The cat museum was a must try, the little shops were filled with beautiful one of a kind items, the restaurants were all very good. The view from the porch was breath taking, the inside of the cabin was clean, neat and tidy. the beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with many needed necessities. Our door area was a bit overgrown, but all natural……

“The cabin was small but cleverly designed and is in a prime location to Bryson City and other area attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay. We normally only vacation using our camper and wanted to change it up a little this year. We had a wonderful relaxing time and enjoyed the cabin immensely.”

The fireplace and A/C worked well. The WiFi does not work. There is a larger house and this place is an apartment/cabin over the detached garage. “The woman who checked us in was very rude. We love staying at your hotel and I requested a room with a balcony. This was the second time that my request was not acknowledged but after some heated exchanges the lady finally gave me a room with a balcony. The room had a leaking commode and I tried to report it but the clerk spoke such broken English that it was hard for her to understand what i was trying to tell her. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel because of its location……
