It could do with having the instructions for cookers and hob. The parking space is very tight, if you have a family sized car.”

“This property was perfect for 3 generations. (Mother, daughter, granddaughter and her partner). They were happily tucked away upstairs! Great location, especially as Palm Bay allows dogs. Property was clean - bedding and towels pristine. Only one bathroom is a slight disadvantage, although en-suite in 2nd bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.”

“The apartment is very clean. The bedrooms are a bit small. The living room is roomy for a two-some. Our only problem with the apartment was the distance needed to walk to the center of town. My wife has a bad knee and the walk back from the city is about a mile and its uphill. Because of this, we needed to drive into Canterbury and pay for parking when we went there. Rachel and her husband couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.”

Apart from being very impressed with the accommodation, we checked the security of the garden which I would have to say was faultless, even our smallest at 5kg could not find her way out to escape, which was very reassuring. We would definitely stay there again if Lynne would have us. Thanks very much.”
