"I was a little apprehensive having read recent reviews but we had an excellent stay. A very warm welcome and easy valet parking. Room was comfortable and clean. Good shower and daily housekeeping on request. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice and, again, very friendly and helpful staff. Ideally situated with a tram stop outside the rear entrance of the hotel but also walkable to Beale Street. "

"We absolutely LOVED the hotel. Friendly staff, warm ambiance, and an extremely comfortable bed. The only downside is the train is nearby. It didn’t really bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper it may be an issue. Other than that, no problems. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again. "
