"Clean and nice "

"This trip to the Westin San Jose was great, really nice place. The shower was amazing, rainfall shower head and it got hot quickly. The staff is very helpful. But there are a few things they could do better on. 1 - This is such a fancy hotel, why do they skimp on their toilet paper? Most everything else was first class, but why use TP that I is worse than what you will find in the bathroom at a gas station. 2 - They don't tell you about pet fees and "mandatory" valet parking. "Clean, Comfortable, Convinient"

"Overall a great stay. It's been a few years since we had an occasion to stay at the hotel, but it's been a part of our relationship since 2003 when we had our engagement celebration dinner at La Pastaia which we miss a lot! The room was spacious and clean, except for a few stains in the carpet that obviously could not be removed... LVF should be the next move! The bed was too hard for my husband, great for me. The toilet paper was 1-ply only, so that was a bummer also. I was disappointed that...

"Convenient and clean"

"Check-in was fast and easy. Stay was great. Perfect location to stay in downtown San Jose. Kids loved it. I give it a 10/10. Breakfast was sooo good. They had the best breakfast out of all the other hotels I've ever been to. "
