“Everyone at the front desk was amazing but the room could use some attention. The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint falling off and landing all over everything. An exhaust fan would probably fix this problem. The curtains were very dirty...had food or something smeared all over them. Safety guard across the window had peeling paint on it. Extra whole had been drilled in the vent in the bathroom, not sure what that for but we plugged it just in case. Will not allow me to attach……

“Overall the stay was well, was a little disappointed that I couldn’t park my truck at the hotel but glad that they had parking accommodations just a block down. Wish the hotel gave a voucher for the garage down the street because $25 extra wasn’t the best. Loved that it was so close to Busch stadium and I was able to walk to the game. ”

“It was a great property. The staff was very helpful with our needs. ”

“Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”
