“Really LOVE this hotel but the service was a bit off and the staff needs some training. Often staff was not present when needed them - noticed there was empty coffee cups and garbage in the common areas all day long never picked up while staff was chatting in the halls. Check-in very slow and staff overall inattentive, surprising for a place like this, loved everything else!”

“Right next to the outlet mall and target which helps not having to drive everywhere, very close to the beach and west palm beach area. Location is decent, not a fan of parking garage and how to enter- very small! ”

“The resort itself is very nice! There are many activities to indulge in, the staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful, and it is very clean. The only negative is that there is very little in terms of stores or restaurants nearby within walking distance. So, we were essentially limited to eating from the same resort restaurant for all meals every day we were there. ”

For maybe $8 more per night than the nearby busget options (BW and La Quinta) I had a hotel that included a hot breakfast every morning and a suite with a complete kitchenette (pots, pans, induction stove top, microwave, fridge, dishes, and dishwasher), a dining room area, a living room area, and a large bedroom. The only thing that stopped me from giving a complete 5 stars across the board was that the shower head was too high up and the angle……
