“The area is beautiful and the city centre is easy to reach. The service and staff are great, always willing to help. We return every year, always opt for a room with breakfast, which is delicious. It’s a great place for families, child friendly with playground on site. Overall good, but the cleaning / room service could be better. I actually approached a cleaner asking to clean the room again. I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning.”

“離市中心有點遠，但介紹上說明會提供車位，第一次到德累斯頓的我們才選了這裡。房間有點舊，浴室很暗，枕頭扁平得仿如無物。 下午check in後就駕車到市中心遊玩，晚上九時左右返回酒店，發現酒店的戶外車位已滿了，於是向前枱小姐求助，她只冷冷地回應沒辦法，唯有泊進地下停車場，但要7 euro 一晚，兩個都是酒店的停車場，我不明白為何一個免費一個要付費，很古怪的政策；然後她建議我們可嘗試泊在附近的小街，但不保證會否被抄罰單！ 差不多的價錢其實可以租住市中心的酒店，而市中心附近街道的泊車位晚上反而是免費的，自駕遊的朋友可以留意一下，不用為了車位而租這間偏遠又沒賣點的酒店”

“酒店新装修！还有些味道！这是缺点！不过可以开窗还好！ 位置非常方便。各个主要景点就在身边！周边有很多特色巧克力咖啡馆。吃饭也有很多选择。 ”

“Hotel am Rande von Dresden in der Nähe des Flughafens. Zimmerpreise top, sehr guter Zustand, sehr sauber, große Zimmer. Nebenkosten teuer. Tiefgarage 15 Euro/Nacht, Außenparkplätze 12 Euro/Nacht. Frühstück vor Ort 25 Euro. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel. ”

“Great hotel about 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The rooms are big and everywhere was really clean. Also close to Neustadt. Our only issue was i booked a twin room through Expedia but we were given a double on the first night, so worth checking your booking in advance with the hotel. The staff were really helpful and swopped our room for the second night. ”
