The hotel is amazing. Location is perfect. Staff is the best. Deepak was so cordial and helpful and the breakfast team was superb, specially Sharan. Highly recommended.

The commendable part of our stay are the staff. Everyone is friendly, approachable & helpful. I’ll mention some staff that I was not able to mention on my first review: Leo, Aakash, Siya & of course
Deepak. They’re @ the reception desk. They’re there to greet guests & ready to help whenever you need it.
I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff for making our room clean & tidy.

The property was really nice and staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend it. The metro station is right infromty of the hotel so moving about was easy.

Excellent location for using metro. Staff local knowledge is poor. I had received a delivery but no one told me. It was only when the person who left the gift wondered why after 5 days I had not said thank you they asked me. I asked the hotel then they couldn’t find it. Eventually it came. I found this poor. Breakfast is crowded I stayed a week and didn’t eat. Room service took too long (over an hour). I think they forgot. Internet was not fast - calls drop out. The reception never answer the phone. Using the one touch “reception” button it is always engaged. This is very irritating.

We had a nice stay. The suite was huge, well furnished abs we loved the view. The staff is friendly and the hotel is near the metro which is very convenient. The pool is nice too but it will be a good idea to add a bar at the pool & more transats.
