We stayed at the deluxe suite for a week during cny break. It was a great stay! Room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Azure beach club was nice. The wooden gym and open class area by the beach was cute. The only down side is the traffic. Cuz it is located JBR and it’s a very popular touristy area. I guess that’s a trade off if u want beach and convenience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had rented a luxury suite, however, looked out on a building that was in making, and looked out on the sea (minimum). We got an upgrade foor 300 euros toe the same kind of room only viewing the sea. We were not told that we were going to look at a building in renovation (making). The prices in the hotel are very high. For example 1 fresh juice, 1 coconot drink and large french fries 182 dirham (45 euro) for paid.

Fantastic experience and one to be repeated. The hotel is super modern and well organised. The rooms are spectacular, large and always clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. We had half board: excellent breakfast and dinner buffet with freshly cooked dishes. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. Special mention for Ali and Jaffar who took care of the room's housekeeping. Both always present, polite and impeccable.
Pools and beach well managed. You have to make arrangements to get sunbeds at the pool because there are not enough for all the people staying.
There are also various restaurants within the facility.
Impeccable wifi both inside the building and outside (pools and beach).

It is difficult to adjust the temperature and water volume of the shower. The toilet is easily clogged.

The accommodations at Rixos Dubai Premium JBR are truly luxurious, with elegantly designed rooms that provide both comfort and style. Each room features state-of-the-art amenities and boasts a stunning view, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of Dubai right from their windows.
The service at the hotel is outstanding; the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need for a memorable stay. They are attentive, efficient, and genuinely caring, adding a personal touch that makes all the difference.
