“Overall is was excellent. Property in a perfect location for the needs of stay. A few items missing at beginning but owner was very accommodating and on it.”

“I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy……

“I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. The dirt and dust everywhere was really disappointing. I vacuumed the apartment twice and wiped down the surfaces and was shocked at how black the wipes were. The fridge and freezer were full of……

“Overall, I had a nice stay here for 3 nights. It had all the basic essentials that I needed, except for the clothes dryer that was listed in the amenities, which I really could've used. I found it a little uncomforting that the 2nd bedroom was locked and inaccessible, I was unaware of that before booking. Being a single woman, it just made me feel a little uneasy not knowing exactly what is behind those doors..probably is nothing but still uncomfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful when……

“I was lucky to find this place for my co workers to stay for a business trip. A true home away. Would book again for sure.”

“The little amenities in the room were very nice. It received a lower rating for the following reasons. The shower did not work properly nor the fan in the bathroom. The fire alarm kept going off because of the steam from the bathroom. Our water was shut for three hours one day due to maintenance. This was not disclosed to us before our stay.”

“Stayed with my daughter while she was doing a stem camp in menlo park. Great amenities. Good gym, beautiful pool, free arcade. About 12 minute drive to many restaurants, shopping, target, Stanford, etc. Host was easily accessible. I found the magnetic door key to be a bit difficult at first, but with a little practice got better. You have to really push firmly. Host does say that in instructions, but he really really means it. Kitchen fairly well stocked, lots of spices/seasonings for cooking.……
