"The owner was very responsive to issues we had. The remote didn’t work to the A/C heat system. We had no air for the first night. But she delivered a new one within hours of us letting her know. The satellite tv didn’t work at all. 4 nights no TV. They called the company but it couldn’t be fixed before we left. We had a hard time staying connected to the WiFi. It would last maybe 4 minutes before dropping. I wish someone told us that we had to walk to the apartment and to use only the Busa Gate...

"A last minute trip change landed me in Dubrovnik and I couldn’t be happier. What a magical place, and my stay at Roko was a nice complement to my time there. The location couldn’t have been better to explore the Old City, access the port for trips out to Lukrom, etc. The caretaker was kind and efficient and, has been mentioned by others, the convenience of the discounted restaurant downstairs was a nice perk. I would stay again for sure."

"This was a great stay for our family of 4. If you want the Hilton then stay in the Hilton but this is a really cool spot for those looking for a unique experience. You are right in the main square in the old city in an ancient building. A once in a lifetime experience in this great city (twice in a lifetime as this is our second stay here). Highly recommended if you are coming at this with the right mindset and if you don’t need to be pampered by the staff. You will meet Vjeko at check in...
