“The apartment is small and outdated as the photos show, but it met our needs. Quaint vintage furnishings add to the experience and the bed is also older so you may sleep more comfortably if you bring along a foam mattress topper. Enjoyed the neighborhood and convenient location just far enough off the beaten path. Also close to one of our favorite places to eat in the area - "The Galley Bar and Grill".”

“We were looking for a little staycation and that's exactly what this place was. The hot tub was hot and clean and very enjoyable both during the day and at night. Lots of walking trails and things to do close by.”

I even left some items behind which she graciously mailed to me. Would definitely recommend! Will come back if I'm in the area!”

“We enjoyed 3 days of recreation and relaxation by the lake. We took the kayaks out multiple times. It takes about 60-90 minutes to slowly paddle around the lake. There's a beaver's dam to visit, loads of lily pads/flowers, fish, turtles, and ducks. Less than 5 minutes away is a small park with a nice swimming area and hiking trails -- $2 admission per car. The apartment was very nice. We enjoyed grilling out several of our meals. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with what you might need. The……

“This was a nice spot for my wife and I to spend the weekend while visiting family and seeing a concert in the Saratoga. The studio/loft was inviting, clean, and well put together. The host/owner Amanda had great communication too. Would stay again.”

“This home has so much character. The wood trim, old vents and even the bathtub. You walk out the back and the Hudson is right there. Such peace. If i am ever in the area again, i wouldn't hesitate to book it again.”

“Went for a few days of skiing and touring Manchester, VT. The property was wonderful -- very clean and appealing and in a great location. We could have walked to nearly everything in town, but it was raining so we didn't. We used the stovetop, coffee maker, and watched movies through the available streaming. There were some games in the house, and a welcome gift and note. Heating was comfortable. The manager was friendly. Overall, I'd book this place again.”

“Clean and spacious apartment, close to campus - just what I needed. Loved the purple bedroom! Some noise from street (it is right on Route 7) and downstairs tenants. Potential guests should know that it is an upstairs apartment at the top of a steep staircase. This was fine for me but if someone is mobility-challenged or has heavy luggage, it could be an issue for them.”

“The property in is a very quiet place with beautiful views of the Battenkill River. There was plenty of room for our large dog to exercise. The owners were very professional and approachable. We did find kitchenware lacking in preparing our own food. The location was beautiful this time of year, but a bit out of the way as fair as restaurants and stores.”
