“This cottage was charming and perfect for the three of us. The neighbors were wonderful too. Very updated and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind is it’s a very small and narrow driveway. A compact car would work better than the small SUV I was driving. Other than that, it was close to perfection all the way around. Thank you again. ”

“Spent 2 weeks at this small and charming property. The location is spectacular; just steps from a bay beach and Rita Cantina. The Wi-Fi was steady for us to WFH, but note that regular cell phone calls do not work 90% of the time. The kitchen air conditioner was plenty for the whole cottage. Owners Pam and Gene were readily available for questions. Perfect for 2-3 people and a dog, of course!”

“Can’t say enough good things about our stay at the east hamptons cottage. Quiet, quaint and perfectly located between all hamptons and amagansett necessities. Kate was extremely responsive and very kind. We had an issue with the shower draining the one morning, she had a plumber out that afternoon to take care of it. The outdoor shower is an absolute must try, I never want to shower any other way! The beach/bay is a quick 8 minute walk from the cottage. It’s a private beach and only residents in……
